Blue Tick Help!!!

I'm a big game hunter from Utah, last month I made a trip to Indiana looking to pick up some dogs. I purchased one from a guy named Aron Lamens near Columbia, Missouri. He said that a buddy of his had the papers and he would get them mailed to us, he hand wrote a copy of a littermates papers so that we could see what she was out of. Unfortunately that paper doesn't have any UKC numbers on it. He called about three weeks ago and said that he had gathered up the papers and mailed them, we still have not seen them, and can't get ahold of Aron!
We are wondering if anyone out there has a littermate or knows any of these dogs that our dog is out of. Does anyone know Aron!?! We've got her bred to a very nice bear dog out here and have a bunch of guys wanting nice registered pups..........Please help!!!
