I don't know about the fair grounds but there is a very nice State Park there that has all you need and a nice lake full of Bass, Crappie Bluegill, Catfish and Saugeye to boot!! Sullivan County Park 812-268-5537. Give them a call, really nice place!!

How far from the fairgrounds is that. It don't get much better than that Thanks for the info!!!
