performance money ?

i just bought a dog last week want to take him to a hunt next week the guy i bought him from told me to take him and run him under his name (owner) and me the handler plan on sending his papers in to be transferd tommorw but it takes around 3 weeks to get them back if i took him to a hunt and did some good who would get the performance money i didnt know if it went to the owner (the time of the winning) or the owner the time of when the checks are cut?

If you go to the main page and click Performance Program and scroll down to the section on payout, you will find that the sire money is paid to the owner at the time the points were earned, to the dog owner at the time the points were earned and to the breeder at the time the litter was nominated.
