The best one I ever walked behind was directly out of Cruise. Lay up specialist, turn him loose and you were gonna pull him out from under a coon whether it was a 100 yrds or 4 miles. He was the dog that you turned out when nothing else could seem to get it done on those late nights, could work a cold track and put a tree on it or run a hot one like he was tied to the coon. And one of the most well mannered, level headed males I've ever been around. And no i did not own this dog, but I hunted with him several nights a week for three years, and i only saw him miss a handful of times in three years. He was out of nailor and pac man on the bottom side.
