I think its a ghost.....

I have recently bought a 2 1/2 yr old male. The previous owner tried to explain to me that they kept him in straw and has been broke out with a terrible rash. The kicker is that they gave him alot of baths with Selson Blue the dandruff shampoo. Well he looks like the pigments in his hair may be forever a grey/light kinda color. I figure it was the selson blue. I have been giving him baths with iodine shampoo that the vet gave me when Hi had the same thing back in the winter. Also been giving him antibiotics, vitiamins for skin and coat, and put him on Purina One. His legs are kinda pink where his hair is thin and seems not to be growing back to fast. Any suggestions on what else I can do would be appreciated. Thanks!!!!

Maybe check for red mange
