Need to know where the cheapest place is to buy a Garmin Astro with the new collars (220) Was told that some places are selling them for $500 with all kinds of extras. Thanks for your help in advance!!

not to start nothin with ya cx3 but i did get mine from one of them dot com fellers brand spankin new, so if somethin did go wrong with it i'd be gettin ahold of the folks at garmin since its under warranty

For you I think talking Mark into buying you one would be the least expensive.

Bruce Conkey, he will set you up with a map, collars, and any additional antennas you want. He will also tell you everything you need to know about how to set it up and use it. Hes been selling these since they came on the market and knows more about them than about anybody. He will be honest with you about them too.

i know of a few guys that shopped around for the cheapest unit. when they had problems there was nothing they could do, because the .com guys were not authorized dealers and garmin told them the same thing. so if i was looking for a system i`d buy one from a known dealer. spending the extra $50 might save you alot of headaches. all the people on my website buy from joel nichols and we`ve all been happy. he sells them for $555w/ one dc30 collar plus mapcard.

i guarantee you will get nothing from no one faster than bruce. i have ordered stuff from bruce say 10.00 am tues mornig and have it at my house by wed at 4.00 . not just 1 time either consistently. you are free to buy where you like but im just telling you if you buy from bruce 1 time you will never call anybody else.jmo and he will return your calls and stand behind anything he sells/ look guys its hard to find anybody in the coon hunting world that does what they say and bruce is 1 of those people so save yourself future headaches and call him you might find equal but you wont find better

I'm up here in Vancouver Island, British Columbia. I was looking for a Garmin and heard all the fuss you folks were raising over Bruce. It is all true and then some, he bent over backwards for me. With the three hour time diffrence and our schedules not really coordinating it wasn't a problem. I had the collars in three days. They cost a little more then I figured but they came one heck of a way. I WILL use Bruce again ad recomend him to anyone.
