Foggy Top Lights

Who out there is using these lights

got 21 volt and had it for 5 yrs. never blowed bulb. like it .

got a few never had no trouble

anybody got a charger for a 10 volt box light for cheap?? i got it for a back up light and for frog giggin my other light's charger fits it and charges it but i'm afraid it will burn it up because it's a 21 volt light any advice would be appreciated.
