What would you Do?

If you were at a event just waiting around for everything to get started and you here someone yelling at there dog to shut up, you look over and you see them hit there hound with a shovel not once but several times,I understand you have to correct your dog but with a shovel.when is it too much.

I'd love to rip the shovel out of their hands and beat 'em with it. No need for that kind of thing.

I'd report him.

I would report him also. Thats ridiculous. There is no need to beat your dog, let alone with a shovel. There are other ways of correcting a dog. jmo but I would report him.
