I didn't go to the hunt but I took a gyp out last night and didn't come up with anything other than her nosing around allot of winter kill off animals. She did hit on a cold track that she seemed less than excited working and didn't come up with anything in the rain. It was a short, wet night for me in Oakland county. Grrrrr!!!

I hunted the night hunt but I withdrew in the first ten minutes of the cast, I haven't herd anything else yet.

I just got a call from my buddy he was in a different cast he withdrew with over a hr to hunt in his cast, It also sounds like my quick withdrawl was a good Idea,

why all the withdrawls.was it the weather or just bad company.

Nt hunt

Nt. CH Hilltop Spikes Northern Blue won his cast but didn't win hunt . Trevor Britten hunted Blue , & is also now part owner in Blue . Trevor said the weather was rain ,sleet & ice . Bad condition's . Trevor will campaign Blue this summer . Blue need's one win to be Grand . Then we will put him up for STUD . Blue has one litter on the ground , & they are all treeing coon .

I withdrew because of personal reasons, but it was kind of wierd, when I left to head home I picked up 2 dogs from the Cast I was in about 1 3/4 miles away Running down the middle of the road when I took the dogs back to the cast there were thinking the dogs were going North but I found them that faraway heading south.
