I'm quiting purina here are my choice at the feed store.Diamond, Ultra,River Run, Country Value. Lets here if you guys have feed these brands.I'm really like to know if anybody has feed country value high energy26/18 the owner at the feed store said that was his best seller 17.50 50# bag thanks

Diamond Naturals Lamb & Rice is 25/20 and about $22 for 40#. One thing to look for is whether a feed contains corn. Some dogs develop corn allergies that cause skin and other problems. The DN is corn free. Another ingredient to look for is "byproducts" of beef, etc. As I understand it, byproducts includes stuff like hides and hooves.

If the CV doesn't have any bad stuff in it, it sounds like a good buy.

Dog Food

Kennel Special we make this feed for hunting dogs 26-18 it runs 550.00 a ton we can ship anywhere in the U.S. Our plant is in Texas, a semi load to kansas the shipping runs about 650.00 for 21 tons

550.00 x 21 =11,550.00
shipping 650.00

that works out to be roughly 581.00 a ton 11.62 for a 40# bag
We are coonhunters we know what our dogs do good on. this particular feed is a meat base. We have been in business since 1978 we are just now starting to try to sell this dog food nationally it doesn't come in a fancy sack it comes in a plain white sack. What most hunters are doing is getting together ordering a truck load we send and they split it up or sell what they don't need. And at this price it sells itself
