a friend of mine has a grchntch male out of boones thunder & dohoneys lilly west shes out of sackett jr that makes him double boone bred & i have a female thinking of breeding to him thats out of dohoneys dizzy which also has boone blood and her moms sire is also boones thunder so this would make the pups 4 way boone bred do think this would be a good cross are would it be to much line breeding there both good coondogs

the dog i hunted tonight [and treed two coon with] has boone 5 times in his pedigree. boone comes into this pedigree through three different females.

I wouldn't hesitate if they are both good dogs. I don't know that you can get enough Boone blood.

good bred pups hobo whats the price on your pups mrc i live in boone country in southern ind. i live about 10 miles from mike dohoney the sire i going to bred to has 2 litters the first one there were only 2 pups one a guy got that dont comp hunt and the other had 2 wins and got killed the 2second cross are only 7 months old and are doing good ill list ped to both dogs when my girl gets home she is a little better at doing that then me

They are $200.00,but they are just about all spoken for.

here is the pedigree of the litter that i am hunting. there were five and all have turned out. none for sale.
the father is gr nite tuckers the techno cowboy dog who is off of credit river tucker and a sacket jr female. Tucker is off of a full sister to skeans dolly, so this side of the pedigree brings the BOONE X SPICE cross in twice, through two different females, gr nite brook view jill and skeans dolly.
the mother is gr nite the moundscreek truly xtra dog. her father is off of rat attack [putting sacket jr - skeans dolly back in] and a dog named wheelers hollow oak candy. candy was off of boone and nt ch beyers stylish angel.
xtra's mother is off of a nt ch female that is directly off of tucker, putting gr nite jill back in.

this puts boone in 5 times, off of three females- gr nite dolly, gr nite jill and nt ch angel.

boone 4 times in fourth generation and once in the fifth.

FYI- we had no intention of linebreeding- we just bred the two dogs that we liked the best to each other.
