Performance ?

if dog is three years old but was sired by a performance sire is there anyway to get him permanently nominated? i know most forms say up to age 2 but I was told if you pay more it was still possible. thanks

I would say no. But I could be wrong. I ask the question on a female that had turned two awhile back and UKC informed me she was over two . So I couldnt performance her.
