Another garmin question

When I charge my garmin only one blue light comes on. If I turn it on both red lights come on and I have cleaned it thouroughly. What is wrong? Thanks

NOTHING!!! only one blue lite should be on. it is charging just fine, when the light goes out, then the collar is charged.
