Donations for TX. ST. YOUTH HUNT

Anderson Co. Coonhunters are hosting the Tx. St youth hunt this year and need donations from all who can help out. You can claim the donations on your taxes and I will supply you with the information so you can.
As of now it is being held at the Tennessee Colony Community building in Tennessee Colony on June 6, 2009. It`s not hard to find, come to Tennessee Colony and it is on the east side on the intersection. If we can raise enough money it will be held at the Anderson co. riding arena but that will cost us $450. to rent but it would be alot nicer place with lots of room plus a covered arena to hold all the events.
Anyone who can help out, it would be greatly appreciated

We held a meeting today at the Palestine club with a bunch of enthusiastic members. ..we already have a few donations and a few committed to donate . We could use any kind of donation to help make this the biggest and Best TEXAS UKC Youth event.... we will be gettin prizes to pass out for the days events. Besides the bench show and nite hunt we plan on having events thru the day to keep the kids occupied and make a fun event...We will be also having and Auction to raise money to go into the Texas Youth Scholarship fund..we already have a few cakes donated for the Auction. One cake last year made by one of the youths attending sold once for over $100 .The person who bought it said resell it.......once agin the cake brought over $100..LAst Year thru differnt Auctions held online and other Auctions, around $1800 went into the Scholarship Fund.. My hat goes off to those who step up and give at the youth hunts to help benefit the continuing education of our kids..........STay Tuned in as time gets closer for more Updates!!!!!!!

I dont own these dogs but the owner of these dogs told me this sound good to him.

Jeb is owned by Ed Freeman but will be at my house in Alabama on March 6. Jeb is not a SS but is PP sire. Eddie said he may SS Jeb but has not desided. UKC & PKC

Were tryin to raise funds to get as many prizes as we can for the youth hunt and show.....Weve got two stud fees donated... so were gonna start a Stud Fee to help with raise as much funds as we can to go toards prizes..... Ill start the Auction thread over the weekend... List your Studs there or here i can transfer them over...........

All proceeds will go to the Anderson County Coonhunters Association to benefit the youth . All monies collected will be turned into prizes............

have a few more folks that are goin to donate stud fee's.......
