novermber 08 american cooner ad

Lonnie Mears had a ad for a bench show video in the November 2008 American Cooner if I am not badly mistaken. I need that number if any one has a that Cooner laying around somewhere and doesn't mind getting it for me. We happen to have all of the Cooners but that one!! He had a full page ad in B&W. There was also a couple of pics of Walkers on it. If you can help me please post the number and address for me.
