Found Walker Dog

Gentleman found the dog on the side of the highway, emaciated and no collars. Around the second week of December. He's tryed to find the owners, but was considering putting the dog in a home.

I am taking the dog to continue trying to find it's owners. He shouldn't be hard to recognise.
