Skuna River Fred Is Ill

THIS WEEK FRED WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A BRAIN TUMOR THATS GOING TO CUT HIS LIFE SHORT. ON THIS SAD DAY AROUND HERE I WANT TO THANK EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU THAT BREED A FEMALE OR HUNTED A PUP OFF FRED!!!! I WILL HONOR ANY REBREEDS WITH U.K.C. NT. CH. P.K.C. CH. SKUNA RIVER CLOVER THANK YOU !!!

Sorry to hear about old Fred. I hunted with him several nites when he was young. They get old all too fast.

Very sorry to hear about FRED. He's definitley made a huge impact on the Walker breed & will definitley go down as one of the best reproducers of his time. Skuna River Clover should make his mark too if he's half the reproducer Fred is. Good luck with him & again sorry to hear this.

Curt, I'm sorry to hear that, I was proud to own the Dan pup that was out of Fred, BEST young hound that I ever went to the woods with bare none. I'm affraid I may never have another one like him. I know how it feels! Good luck

How terribly sorry I am to hear this. I know personally that sickening feeling you have right now, knowing there is nothing you can do for him. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and Fred during his last chapter of this already short life.

My friend was going to breed a female to Fred this year was thinking about getting one of the pups. I am hunting a nice dog out of Fred for Duke Proulx that is a real pretty on the wood tree dog. I know first hand what he reproduces!!!!! Sorry for your loss!!

I'm extremely sorry to hear about Fred. I know he is probably a much loved member of the family. I have a young pup who's dam was a daughter of Fred's, and he is already showing a lot of interest, even at 5 months old. We'll be thinking about you.

Again, I am very sorry about Fred.

How is condition doing as of now? I know it's not something you really want to talk about and dwell on. My mind just keeps wondering, since you caught this rather early, what have they told you to look for. I have so many question, I just don't know how to ask such things. If it's sometihng you are just not wanting to or ready to discuss, just ignore this...It's just really horrible ya'll having to go through this.
