It was real chilly last night, about -5. Only got up to 18 today, supposed to have a heat wave comin in tomorrow though. Forecasted high for tomorrow is 35, Saturday 52 (whew!) and then Sunday 45!!! We'll definitely be hitting the timber!

It was 15 when I came in from hunting alittle while ago..It was pretty cool tonight with nothing much going on..I think the coon was smarter than we were lol.....They stayed in the house!!!

..........treed 2............didn't start till 10pm, quit at 2am.....................put the dogs in the dog box..........my hands were a little wet, and stuck to the metal on the dog box door..........15 here also..........

Yup, -15 yesterday here. I went out for work at 4:30 to start the van and when I turned the ignition, it said "What?" But like everyone else, heat wave is coming through this weekend.

WARM!

I was downright HAPPY to see 4 degrees this morning on our thermometer... brushed my teeth... turned back to the thermometer and it said 2.1! LOL... was still happy... since the news was showing the map of MA temps and it was below zero in alot of the towns....
We have a WONDERFUL heat wave for the weekend coming too! 50s! I love the warm days but it does make a mess with the snow build up...when it melts and makes more ice as it freezes. BUT... we are USED to this here... I feel bad for the animals though... tough on our older chickens (which is most of them now...)
As I said on another post... for those of you in areas NOT used to the cold weather be sure to check in on elderly or ill people to be sure they are ok and be extra careful to check on local livestock pets etc... if you can.

Take care and HappyHunting if you're able to get out to the woods in whatever weather Ma Nature is sending you!

Was about 50 last night here in Central Texas, didnt even carry a jacket hunting. Should make it up to about 70 today. Dang I love this weather, now if would just rain.
