I have been in this game for a long time and i have granded my fair share of dogs.I have seen a lot of good handlers and a lot of good dogs.MY QUESTION IS:Why is it I hear people say that's a paper made dog?Is it because he granded it or because that person is having a little success?

I believe the saying means that a slick handler granded a half-ass dog.

thats what i thought but phrase used was paper made
