Youth Hunter ...please Help!!!

my name is Johnathan i am a youth hunter and i am looking for a walker coon hound that i could hunt i don't have a lot of money and i would like for the dog to have papers also i would like for the dog to be located some where in Kentucky i would really appericate any help
