best of luck
we are a few miles north of commerce but will keep our eyes open anyways. Hope you find her quick.
Man I hope you guys find ole Peg. She is a nice one. Ill second the fact that she got used to that Georgia hunting. I got to hunt with her twice while I was down there. I also got to hunt with her quite a bit when she was in Indiana, very nice hound.
Best of luck

Any NEWS
i bet you will see a couple more of these due to walker days coming up
Here is another photo of Peg. I sure hope she shows up John. I enjoyed many nights hunting her. She comes in when called if she doesn't have anything going on. She is a friendly dog and leads and minds really well. She has a high pitched bawl on track with the same type of locate, and then rolls it over to a chop on the tree. She has a mouth that can be heard a long ways off. Let us know if you hear anything.

John,
Don't give up hope.
Peg's sire, The Joker, was at a hunt when he was just a young dog. He got in the final four and it was customary for pictures to be taken, so after the win slips were filled out, his owner went out to the truck to get the dog for the picture, and HE WAS GONE...
Someone stole Joker right out of the dog box, while he was at a hunt! The owner did not give up...offered a cash reward, no questions asked, and believe it or not, he got a phone call nearly a YEAR later....
He drove from Michigan to I believe it was Tennessee based on the caller telling him "I think I know where your dog is". Sure enough, when he got there...the guy had his dog.
If memory serves me, the reward was $1,000.00, and the guy wanted him to keep his reward money, and he would pay another $1,000 to be able to keep the dog.
It's odd that she would just "quit barking", and not go somewhere and get treed....don't give up hope....
