"BUM'S TREEIN BLUE PATCH"..Part of our future

Natural layup dog from a pup on with a pedigree as full of them as I know of personally. Outstanding female's loaded in & some male's to. "Patch" is gonna be a contributer to the next generation for us of "DUAL" purpose hound's. Personality second to none, intelligence to rival Lassie,loud bawl mouth,intense poundin tree dog with as much heart & desire as we could ask for. I have personally hunted with just about every single hound in this pedigree except a very few.

30 year's of worn out boot's,mile's traveled & walked,entry fee's paid,freind's made & enjoyment.

"Patch" & "Bum" are once again enrolled in the Performance program for "2010".

Patch sure is one of those special ones. I tried to slip him in the dogbox and take him to the west side of the river the first time I saw him at Russ's place but he wouldn't have any of it. Good luck with him Russ I hope he continues the long line of family tradition. That sure is one stacked ped. Anytime patch wants to head west for a little vacation let me know.

Troy, you speaking of "Patch's" mother "Drum" or him?

I do have a 5 month old female out of her & "Oppy" I may let go solely because we have some road trippin spendin the night medical trip's coming up in my near future. Another guy has inquired about her so I owe him 1st dib's if'n I was to turn her loose. We have a pair of female's & planned on keepin both from the start. They been runnin loose since they could make it out the kennel gait. Unfortunately they been wadin in deep snow since they have been old enough to mess with.

We do intend to make the cross he's from again down the road. His mother,"Drum" is one of the strongest link's that we have here as far as her collection of genetic's for our own personal use & a coondog. Her voice will rival the loudest out there as well.

God willing she is gona be stacked in as time goes on.

Other than a little colour differences I have noticed from your's and V's posts that Oppy , Bum , and now Patch sure look the same , up on the wood treeing or on the bench showing . I forwarned our old friend that I plan on heading out your way in May for a week , looking forward to hooking up with you all and seeing some treeing blue power lighting the woods on fire . Always remember you lads taking me with Toad , and to this day he ranks right up there with old Montana Scout as one of the best I ever seen lighting it up ! Stay warm out there friend , SN .

We appreciate all the nice word's of encouragement & understanding of the commitment it take's to 1st & foremost keep attempting to go forward within our chosen breed. All we can do is keep pullin our boot's on one foot at a time & finding out what work's for each of us personally & following the never ending dream's.

Corey, I'll talk to "Patch" & see what he think's about goin west temporarily for a visit ? Oddly enough I think he would almost understand me....LOL!!

Laura, You've seen a lot of these hound's in your day & followed their career's. You also understand the desire's to continue striving for the ultimate "Dual Purpose" hound. Thank you !!

Troy, I'm with ya on that "Boomer" blood big time! We do have a super natural all blue female here That I got from Ron Moore out of his fine "Bud" dog we call "Kandy" that we hope to use to incorperate more of it into what we have. Second night in the timber she split treed 20 yard's away from "Bum" . Had the death grip on the tree & flat blew'r down "Boomer" style ! Gona put some more timber time on her. She's been kinda over shadowed by other's & plannin to change that. She's got one heck of a loud mouth to boot.Personal preference thing,I want more of that & gonna keep lookin for it. Top of my list of flavor's of bludawg's!!

Jeff S, Nice lookin pedigree your female is packin but she look's awful purty up on that tree! A bunch of personal devotion to create her as well. You got my number & if it work's out for ya we'll get'r done.
