UKC Office Is Closed Today

If any of you have been trying to call and can't get through it's because we're kinda closed. Snow day. We have less than half the staff in today (no non-4x4 drivers). Anyway, if you need something, email or p.m. Allen or I.

That being said, I love blasting that Tundra down these roads when they have a deep, fresh snow like this. For those of you from the south, this deep fresh snow isn't slippery. You can blast through it with powder flying everywhere. It's cool. You're missing out! lol

Better than Southeast Iowa

We have about a quarter inch of ice here. Fortunately, no one lost power that I am aware of.

Todd,

I talked to my mother in Iowa this morning. -12 degrees F 40 mph winds and oh yeah they got 10 inches of fluffy snow. Oh, did I forget to tell you I am sitting on the veranda of our condo in Florida having my morning coffee. It is 65 degrees expecting temps n the 80"s today. It is the first time I have been able to rub it in to those still in the north country. The only problem is I have to go back wednesday. I the meantime, I will continue to rub your nose in it!!!! Take care.
