WE ARE ALWAYS BUSY AND HAVE ALOT OF WORK PROJECTED FOR 09 UNLESS PRAXAIR BACKS OUT. THEY JUST CUT 300 JOBS IN PRAXAIR AND ABOUT 50 AT AMKO CAUSE PRAXAIR SAYS THEIR SALES WILL BE DOWN 40% THIS YEAR. ALOT OF THE TRAILER SHOPS ARE SLOWING DOWN DO TO THE ECONOMY. HOPE THINGS PICK BACK UP OR MORE JOBS WILL BE LOST.

I'm the service manager at a tractor, trailer shop. So far we haven't slowed down at all. In the early 80's when the economy collapsed all there was to do was something to do with trucking. Now that fuel dropped hopefully this down turn will be the same.
