My experience with mail in rebates is that it takes forever to get them back.

John

If you bought the garmin with the original junk dc-20 and then upgraded to the dc-30 you can get awhole 50 bucks back and even keep the junk 200 dollar dc-20 I guess for a blinkin christmas tree ornament.

over 2 months still waiting on 2 cks. they said they were written just needed mailed must be coming by pony xpress. i could have walked there by now!!!!

That rebate appears to be a bogus deal. I checked the website and it said I would recieve my check Dec.18. I just called to find out why I haven't gotten it and they told me I need to send in my sales reciept. I told them I had recieved a rebate coupon and had sent that along with a copy of my reciept but they say I still need to send a reciept. There is no reasoning with Garmin. I have no expectation of ever seeing that $50.00.

Mine says I should recieve it by Jan 17th...Thats one day after the deadline!!!!!! You better bet I'll be cussing somebody at garmin if I dont get it..I'll cuss em for you to Jim LOL....
