Can't get in touch with anyone on points

Hi. I've emailed the two emails provided in the stickied thread in the Dog Events section. (Deb on 10/15 and Drew on 10/26.) No response from either. I also posted in the sticky thread and received no response. I'm trying to check on my dogs' points, and find out about a situation where one of our dogs lost to an underage puppy back in April, and what that means for his points.

Call them and ask tell the receptionist what you are calling for and she will put your call through to one of them. That's the easiest way.

You need to call the Dog Events department. When they answer tell them you wish to check on ponts. Have your UKC number ready. I called them several times over the past two weekss waiting for my two champions to be confirmed.

I got an email from Drew today. Calling really does me no good because I usually remember in the evening and MI time is already an hour ahead of us.
