Fed up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my first message to post on the board, and I don't mean for it to sound pitiful but dang it I need some help. I have a dog that is over 2 years old and unfortunately i didnt get him till he was over a year old. He is coon crazy, he can blister a track but he doesnt have desire to go find a track. He will run and tree a turnout every time or take a track from a feeder but he will not go find a track and work it if it is not right there and less than 2 hours old I hate to keep feeding this dog and he not make it should I give up now or be a little patient????????????
