Congrats to all the winners, it was nice to see many new faces at our events, but I was disappointed with the local clubs in the area with their non support of the event. It always amazes me that members from our club will go and guide to help out these clubs and they don't even bother to come to our events, and many of them are Bluetick & B&T folks !! I guess when you have a good club the jeolousy must get to them

Very Mature of you Marc......very mature. That club has enough problems among their own club......does your club want MORE PROBLEMS in yours? I don't think so..............!!!!!!!!!!! You piss enough club members off for a while and things like that happen.
ENOUGH SAID!
Congrats on finishing Sam to Dual Grand! He deserves it!
Ahh.......... Ricochet17.......I don't think I said anything bad, numbers don't lie and facts are facts, I don't get it, but for some reason when we go to a hunt and we are close enough to guide it is expected, and we do help out, we guide, we judge, so why should we not expect the same in return???
Now if what I said about being disappointed is in your opinion bad then I'm sorry, but those are just my feeelings. Coonhunters have lots of options, so I can think of places I'll spend my money in the future when it comes to hunts, shows and coonhunting.
WE did have some folks from up in the Wisc and Iowa who came to the hunt, and these folks see us come to their hunts and they came and supported us, and for that we thank them,
but I don't think what I said was that much out of order nor do I think I'm pi$$ing anyone off with what I said, if you took it that way, sorry, but I sleep good knowing I do everything possible to support my club and the clubs in my area.

great time...
my husband and i BOTH had a nice time and this was only our 2nd visit to this club. last time? same thing. alot of very friendly folks and wish they were only closer...rofl!
Did I say MarKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK? No! I think I KNOW the difference between a "C" and a "K"! I know I should keep my mouth shut but............there is alot of crap going on with that club (since last year) and all that I am saying is that, if they (we) can't even cover enough guides for our own events how and the heck are we going to help some other club? I would have no problem guiding for your club, but you had better give me the deadline that I need. I don't know how many times I guided out of Hebron's club.......that's about 1.5 hr drive to my hunting spots, needless to say one time we brought back 4 casts just to Larry Davis' home! Its hard finding close-enough guides sometimes. Look at Harrison's club.....the same thing! Its very sad to see the Argyle club fall to shambles, but if don't make changes every now and then things fall apart. And that's what happened! I'm really NOT trying to stir more CRAP up, (I sound like a broken record I know!) but if this club can't all get along and guarrantee so many dogs in the woods. Then how can they help out another club? Its also sad that you have to call people to guide or to judge or even do kitchen help, just to remind them or make sure that they will at least show up!
Sorry Ricoechet17, I didn't see anything with Marc, thought maybe typing error, so I just responded. I did not know we were talking about any specific club either, but MY statement was more in general about support coming in the form of HUNTERS coming to the event.
We (NorthWestern ILL CHA) are very fortunate in that we do not need guides at the local level, unless we get over the 80 dog mark. Since we have not gotten that far yet we put most hunters into the woods within 30 minutes of the club. What I was making comment on was the lack of support in HUNTERS coming to the event.
Again, thanks to all that came and hunted and showed, we enjoyed you being there and hope you had a good time. We hope to see you back again for our $1000 added Super Slam event, and also the Mini Slam the next night on October 10th and 11th, 2003.

I'm not one to give anyone a hard time, but man were those Blue dogs good on the bench!!! Yet, you cannot deny the supreme domination of those B&T's in the hunt LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! All B.Sing aside it was a good time!! I saw some good dog work on Friday and some on Sat. Those B&T's still rule the roost !!! LOL!!! We still got our hunt bragging rights!! It was a great hunt. For those that did not attend you missed out on great hunting, food and most important comraderie. If you can, plan on this hunt next year cause I'm sure we will have it again!! BLACK DOGS RULE BLUE DOGS STILL DROOL!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!
Who were the Kings and Queens of the sectioanls?
For the B&T"s :Queen of hunt NtCh Nelsons Northern Mandy, Friday575+. King of Hunt: Rush Creeks Black Sam Saturday 525+ Finished him to Dual Gr. Blue dogs were listed above. Both owned by Chris Snitzler.
Marc! Congratulations on finishing Sam out. I got waxed on Saturday night. My dog looked like a slow, out of shape, senile old man out there. Scar stuck it to him. Oh well. He's now in boot camp! And on a diet!
Who is Ricochet? If you're a member of Argyle's club, tell the guide/judge director that I can guide to the Orangeville/Cedarville area (20 minutes) on Saturday night for the RQE. I'll be there. If necessary, I'll judge too. What's your membership fee? When does the club year end? I can't stand the kitchen, but I'll guide and judge.

Duane Eiseman will probably also be available to guide to the Cedarville, Illinois area. 20 minutes...or so...not far at all. (Don't tell him I volunteered him!)

Thank you very much for the help. I will notify the club and put your name on the list! Who knows what the weather will bring for a turnout? Again, thanks for helping out in case you DON'T hear it from one of the Argyle club members.

Sent you an Email, so be on the lookout for it !!!!
