My stands have all been hung since Labor Day. Staying the heck out of them until the pre-rut. Got some birds to kill first then bucks.

This year I'm shooting a Diamond Black Ice, Whisker Biscuit, HHA single pin and G5 Montecs.

I really like the Black Ice but honestly, I haven't shot many other bows for comparison. The Ice is fast and it has a very smooth draw cycle which doesn't even feel like you are pulling the poundage you are. There is absolutely zero hand shock. It was extremely quiet until I put the C-Peep on it. Now that surgical tubing slaps a little and kinda bugs me. I like the Black Ice though and would recommend it to anyone for a moderately priced hunting bow.

I've heard good things about the way the new Martins shoot. I can't go over those stupid tiger inserts they put on the riser though so I'll never own one until they change that.

spotted me on the draw, finally looked away and jumped the string(ducked). ran around a lil thicket blowing air and stompin feet and tellin the world ...SOMETHIN"S WRONG OVER HERE!!

Came around the thicket weave in and out of lil saplings and stuck her clean between those saplings. Bounced ten yards and stood there coughin, n hackin' ...I was thinkin ..whats the matter cant tell nobody now huh?.. bounced another 20 yards and piled up. Does are fun...got meat..gonna wait till colder and two weeks before gun opens for the bigbreederbuck.

Mathews Legacy 65lbdraw
PSE Predator arrows(Mathew dealer is far from home, just bought some...Victorys...but that predator is a nice arrow for the PSE people)
100 grain sattelite three blade 1 1/4" cut ..super nice and cheap if you can find em.

PSE X force or Oneida Tomcat here. I love the PSE, but as awkward and loud as it is, I can't get rid of my Oneida. The PSE has a hostage rest, Archer's Choice sights, the Oneida has a Whisker Biskit and a Keller pendulum sight. I shoot Carbon Express arrows and alternate between Muzzy 3 blades and mechanical broadheads (all 100 grain) that I THINK are made by WASP. I hunt out of a Summit Viper, wear Mossy Oak camo, and never go to the woods without a Thermacell. We opened Sept. 15, and I've gotten a 106lb. doe and 3 coyotes.

I LOVE MINE!! I've been using it for 6 yrs now. No complaints from me. Around here there isnt much land to hunt unless you hunt game land which is still a good ways from my house, so we have to use climbers. Trust me, If I had places to hunt where i could use fixed stands I deff. would!!

Wow, no other stickbow shooters on here???

Guess I'll be the first on this thread. 65# Martin Hatfield Takedown with good ol' Port Orford cedar arrows tipped with 2 blade Zwickeys.

Season starts October 1st here. Don't usually get too fired up till 3rd week of season. Been after a 200" 16 point typical for the last 2 years. Got close last year, within 20 yards but couldn't get a shot.
