"runs a good line"???

I am new to this, so I have a dumb question. In some of the beagle ads you see "runs a good line". What does that mean?

Line

A "line" is just the trail that the rabbit has run. In UKC, they want the dog to stay on the line the entire time, that is "running a good line." Some other registries like it when a dog will circle out to pick up the track, that is called "swinging." I hope this helps.
