Reb Learning To Rig & Road Run

My wife & I spend most weekends in southern VT. Miles of back roads give oppourtunity to rig a hound for coons .
Reb put 12 miles roading before I put him in the back of the truck to start learning how to rig. Reb looks to be a quick study

Boy is he handsome! Great shot of his strike.

Thats a good idea the way you wrap the lead through both front box handles and then clip it to his collar...keeps him centered in the bed. I have a chain I clip to the tiedowns on both sides of the bed, but the dog or dogs go over and under the chain and get it all in a mess! And then one craps in the bed of the truck. I'll have to try it how you have him clipped in.

Hi All,

Thanks for the comments !!

Heather weekends are made for hounds. I spend a lot of time day and night training.

Wayne , I might take you up on the rigging. It would be good to see you. Been a few years...

Mike , good eye for detail, That lead around the dog box handles has worked for me for years.

Jim , did you get the PM I sent you Saturday?
