Ever had a dog....
Have you ever had a dog that changed his tree style. I dont mean like from when he first started. X has always been a super hard treedog, but 99% of the time he would stand up- sit down-stand up and so on. He was like this when i sat him up in May to put time into a nice pup. He had just turned 3 years old.
The last month i have been hunting him hard to see what this pup will do with pretty good competiton. Every tree he has made for the last month, he has stood on the tree and not moved an inch. Treeing just as classy as a man could ask for. Its really a silly question i guess, because aside from running the tree, gnawing, or coming off the tree to meet me, im not really picky about how they tree. As long as they were there to stay put and didnt cause any trouble. Just curious i guess

I would say that, but this dog has been in hunts as a 1yr old and 2yr old, and pressure has never affected him. It doesnt matter what the rest of the crowd is doing. Tonight we made 2 drops. 1st drop she treed on coon and he caught a kitten on the ground, and the 2nd drop they split and both had a coon.

I'd say he's claiming the tree from the pup.
