what the heck is a "dc 30" ?

the new collars for the astro garmin dog trackers....BUt one very reputable distibuter said not to buy one......he returned over 500 Astro trackers in the last year...500!!!!....WHY BE A TEST DUMMY ?
let the company have somebody else work out the bugs...Why is the release date moved back?...oh ya American Public.. have to have the newest piece of garbage...FIRST.

wow, glad i didnt get one of those pieces of junk. must have got lucky because mine works great

I havn't ordered a dc-30 I figured they would keep pushing it back but I do own a astro with 2 dc-20s.

So those that have sent collars in to Garmin for repair how long did it take to get them back cause both of mine are sent in.

wonder if they named it after the dog -- on the jetsons

well within the first week of gettin mine the antenna ripped off the collar called them and sent me 6 new ones for free. then i had a hard time gettin it to charge so i called garmin said they would send me a new one and fix the old one except i told them im not sendin my old one in till i get a new one cuz we just had a dog killed last week without a collar they said no big deal. so at least they been halfway decent to me.

did they send new vone first ? i sent mine to them but thought afterwards shoulda waited on the new one. hope they somehow make up for the 7 dollar postage and insurance
