HELP LOWER GAS PRICES...PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION!!!!!

Hey guys....go to www.hannity.com or www.AmericanSolutions.com
and download the petition to drill for our oil or sign the
petition on line. On Sean Hannity's page choose 'Option 1' on
the revolving screen....with gas on a continuous rise everyone needs to sign the petition. The petitions title is 'DRILL HERE. DRILL NOW. PAY LESS.' Thanks!!!

Guys I'm all for lower gas prices but don't think drilling here will help that much. If oil is selling for $130.00 a barrell on the open market, I can't see the oil companies selling it to us any cheaper. I may be wrong and hope i am but just my opinion. I sure wish something would change the prices.

the voter. I heard one economist predict that oil would drop to
$50.00 a barrel I was thinking to myself what's this guy smoking??

I'm basically an idiot when it comes to global economics.... but I've got to think that drilling our own oil, ecspecially in Alaska, and allowing more building more refineries would drop our prices drastically.

I also believe these gas prices are the greatest threat to our way of life... greater then terrorism, greater then gay marriage, greater then polar bears or spotted owls becoming extinct.

So it's this simple for me and I think should be for every American. Here's a real solution we can do.

Call your congressman and Senators. Let them know you demand the Fed. Gov.'t stop getting in the way and regulation things and allow oil to be drilled in Alaska and more refineries built. If this doesn't happen you will not vote for any incumbent nor will you vote for any Rep. or Dem. We will write in independents if we have to. They work for us. Do what we want or loose your job. Simple and possible. I'll be contacting the offices of my congressmen today. I hope others do the same. In addition we shouldn't take Obama or McCain seriously until they prove they're serious about these two things.

More oil means more supply which means less demand,which means lower prices.

If every coonhound pup born would start treeing its own coon at 7 months old and never slick treed everyone would have a good pup and they would sell for $10/ea.

We have one tool and only one tool- our votes. If you don't vote or vote for an incumbent that's letting this happen you are to blame. Our forefathers allowed us the power to vote... our men have died over the years to perserve that right. It's time to really use it. Here's the e-mail I just sent to my three congressmen.

I'm writing this and sending it to all of my congressman. I'm very frustrated about the fuel prices.... more to point the non response of my government. I'm not sure if the congress and the executive branch is so out of touch with reality or just puppets of a greater unknown source. I'm not a "conspiracy guy" but at $4.00 and rising I've got to think something is going on. This is the greatest threat to our way of life I've seen in my lifetime... and last week I see the Democrats in Senate actually tried to raise taxes on gas???? They know that would get passed on to the pump, WOW!

Anyway I'm requesting the government allow massive drilling and exploration in Alaska and any other U.S. areas of possibility. Also I'm requesting the government makes sure more refineries get built. If these two simple are done I'll continue to vote as I always have. If these two things are not done I will not be voting for you, any incumbent on a national level and I'll boycott the Republican and Democratic parties for the next 10 years on the local level.

Not to mention the tax increases AT THE PUMP they tried and promised to pass if their candidate gets elected.

That is probably true, but look at which party overwhelmingly votes to make us dependant on foreign oil, raises tax, hurts the normal , everyday folks that work a 9-5 for a living.

No doubt both are greedy and crooked to a point. I watched Obama say on National TV the other day that gas prices werent high. I overheard him pushing for a new energy bill that will raise gas prices and electricty prices well into the trillions of dollars and admitted it will cost America thousands of jobs.

And yet he still has the image of a great thinker and motivator.

Your earlier post caused me to look into our $$ ties to China. I called a stock broker frend of mine and he said that whole we are in debt to China, China would never let our economy fall.They have too much invested in our country to cause us much trouble.

Guys we already have less demand and oil is starting to back up and it hasn't lowered prices. A friend of mine works in the barge industry and the oil companies have ordered a bunch of new storage barges because the ones they have are full do to less usage. Sounds to me like they intend to stockpile oil to keep the prices up. I have no problem with drilling in Alaska or anywhere's else. Just don't think it will help. Just my opinion and I sure hope I'm wrong. The American people need some relief from somewhere.

China bought the rights from Cuba to drill in Cuban waters, not US waters.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Gov. Jeb Bush has told his brother's new administration not to open up Florida's Gulf Coast to more offshore oil and gas drilling -- a message President Bush already has said he will heed.

``So I am going to work with the governors and if they are for bans off their coast, I'll support them for bans off their coast,'' he said.

In his letter, Gov. Bush said a federal sale of drilling rights off Florida would be the first in the eastern gulf since 1988.

oil companies....I believe he said Exxon & another one I can't recall. Well if we boycott one we'll still have to buy from another
robbing Peter to pay Paul.....just my opinion.

Sorry, but that article just isnt true. The Florida Legislators, which is a Dem majority, banned any attempt to drill off shore.

And the areas China is gooing to drillo is in international waters...not all of the areas they will drill are in Cuban waters.

This come straight from a Florida Dem Representative in a CSPAN interview.

Once again...Not true. Demand has NEVER come down. This month alone we are setting record demand in the North Eastern states.
