lost registration papers
Hi,
I lost my registration papers when we moved. How do I go about getting a replacement copy?
Also, I have a female Dutch Shepherd that I want to single register. I am waiting for my paperwork to come back from the ADSC and then do I send them in or the breeder of the female sends them in?
Thank You in advance,
Brenda Martenia
Download our Duplicate application at http://www.ukcdogs.com/rg/pdf/dupapp.pdf Be sure to read all instructions carefully. You will need to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader if you haven't already. If you have any trouble email me at sjonas@ukcdogs.com Duplicate papers are issued only to the registered owner on our records. If the registered owner and the current owner are not the same, than the current owner needs to ask the registered owner to request the duplicate. When the registered owner receives it, it can be signed over to the current owner.
Download our single application at: http://www.ukcdogs.com/rg/pdf/fo6adm.pdf Be sure to read all instructions carefully. You do not need to have the breeder single register the dog, you can do it yourself.
Thanks, look forward to hearing from you.
