Updated Coonhunter Age Poll
At the request of the age-defying Hobo and Captain Oil of Olay Josh... here is the new breakdown.
Here is where I am going with this. I want to know where the majority of todays coonhunters are in age. Granted, computers are involved, so that skews the results a little bit. Now the first poll gave us the info that the majority of todays coonhunters that visit the UKC board fall somewhere between 18 and 50.
Let's break it down even more and find out who is the UKC board majority.
Are You:
18-28
29-39
40-50

You guys got left out in the cold! Oh well, you have earned my respect long before I knew your age.
As far as the age-defying Hobo and Captain "Oil Of Olay" (Josh). You guys won that round with RC. Good luck in the future with him. You all sure are young bucks........ aren't ya?
By the way Hobo, I posted my age on the other Poll. hehehe

I guess its like a very good man I once worked with would aways say when someone said something about his age up until he retired, "At least I know I made it to an old man, you dont!" The very first time I heard him tell someone that nearly 10 years ago I have never said anything about anyones age since. Funny what makes a person learn respect for our elders, huh.
Hey Josh
Your Father-in-law appears to be a very wise man!

Not that I am speaking from experience or anything!
My Dad always tol me: "What can't get up, Can't get out!" Speaking of our horses ofcourse!

Hobo;
It's not that bad of age bracket to be in. On the other hand, I sure do wish I was the next bracket back. I sure had a lot of fun in those days! LOL
LE: you aren't feeding us a line now are ya?!

When I was young I though that 50 was ancient now I`m 51 and know it!
NO way Rob
I am in the 40-50 brackett. but it is always better than the alternative. ;-)
I rather be older than dead.

Thanks Guys, good turnout
Hey Pappy,
I would never consider you "out to pasture"! You and Grubbs were just victims of circumstance!
You see, I hunt with this old geezer named Rob and I was just trying to figure out how much longer I should be able to expect to keep him around?!?!?hehehehe
OK RC
Just for that remark young man............ I will just stay around a few more years so you will have to wait on my rear to get to the tree! You know, I told you when I was your age and hunting with the ole guy I did. I was there had the coon skinned and ready to move on by the time he got there. When you can do that, I guess it will be time for me to slow down and think about some greener pasture! hehehe

No Problem Guy
You know how slow I am with the skinnin' knife! You should be good for some time now.
I am currently constructing handicap trails through all my hunting spots. We will get you one of those "Rascals", outfit it with some knobby tires and turn you loose. If we do it right, we could even mount a dog box on that sucker complete with attached oxygen tank for ya.
Don't worry
If Rob is still hunting that tri-color dog you won't have to be to fast with the skinning knife.LOL!
I GUESS IM TO OLD FOR THIS POLL. I DONT GET TO THE TREE AS QUICKLY AS I ONCE DID AND I THINK MAYBE THIS IS GOOD. MY DOGS KNOW ITS GOING TO BE A WHILE BEFORE I GET THERE SO THEY JUST HANG IN THERE AND WAIT. I ENJOY HUNTING AS MUCH AS EVER IT JUSTS TAKES A LOT LONGER.
25
Dang. That's a quarter of a century old.
