Help me CELEBRATE!!!

Whitney Graduates this year!! This is how her PROM day started out. With mom behind the camera all day driving her absolutely nuts!
Early morning, and in no mood for camera flashes...

To the nail salon.....

Onto the hair dresser's (do they still call them that?)

Nails done (check)....hair (check)....make-up (check) now, uh-oh, where'd her date go?

He's close to heart failure, her date, Mr. Brett Miller (pres. of Jeromesville) forgot her corsage in his fridge, an hour and a half away! OMG, Dave get me to a florist and fast!

Fine, that gives her time to get pretty in pink.

Whitney took pictures at Prom, I haven't downloaded them. As soon as I find her camera, I'll get them on here. There are some pretty good photos of them on the dance floor.

WOW! I don't usually like frilly pink things but THAT is Gorgeous! Nice pix and looks like a fun time!

My oldest son just turned 21(May 19).... talk about tears! How can I BE that old! LOL.....

Wow Mona, she is beautiful!!!!!!! I can't stand the color pink, but wow..she makes pink look awesome! I think my senior prom was the last time I was in a dress...lol. EWWWEY!! I'm glad she had a wonderful time!!

Thanks for all the kind words! Megan, yeah, that's Brett, our very own Auctioneer! He's a great young man. As I said before, I trust very few with my daughter, he's one. PINK!?! I thought the same thing, what's wrong with camo? But, she pulled it off well!

The folks in the jeans were either students that wanted to watch Grand March, or siblings there to take photos. Absolutely formal only!

Richard is STILL my "little boy" in some ways...LOL... he has JURY duty today! SO, he got to the courthouse..and called his Mum... to ask ME where he goes now? LOL... Of course I had NO IDEA!

If we have a good relationship with our parents... there is NO question there is a SPECIAL bond that will NEVER be broken by age over the years. I lost my dad when he was 77 about 12 yrs ago...My Mother is going to be 89 this year... I never lost the closeness I had with either. I have been fortunate. MONA... you and Whitney will ALWAYS have that bond...I would bet money on it

Scrappy is quite the young man now, he's not near the scatter brain that he was. ( I've been watching "Cesar Millan, Dog Whisper") That's one smart dude. Anyway, let me know if your email changed and I'll take some more pics of him tomorrow. Later.......Mona
