That's my luck...Dang Postal service made us miss our WipeoutXClover pups
Me and a hunting friend of mine had been looking for a Wipeout X Clover bred pup fopr several weeks and read on the prohound board of some due to be born that was exactly what we were looking for.
We sent a deposit for 2 pups on the 27th...at the time only 2-3 deposits had been received by the breeder.
When an announcement had been posted that the pups were born we called and they had not received opur money oprder yet a full two weeks after it had been mailed out. (Same state address to address)
Long story short..it finally arrived today...AFTER everyone else had secured a pup.
Needless to say I am ticked and fed up with the local Postal service aroud here., The envelope was postmarked on March the 28th and didnt arrive until April 11th.
I sold 2 pups to make room for this pup and this crap happens.
Now I wish I still had at least one of them.

Delivery Point Sequencing. I am a letter carrier, daily I deal with letters that were sent from say Houston Texas, to Dallas Texas. The problem? I deliver mail in Michigan. It does not happen a ton, but it does happen. I can tell you a secret to ensure this never happens again.
When you need to send something really, really important, make sure that you include the plus four, after the Zip Code.
That is the real key to making sure your letter does not get kicked out of the Sorting Machine and flipped into the wrong tray.
99% of the time letters get delayed, it is for exactly what I described above. The other 1% of the time it is something like a letter got wet and the address was obliterated. Sometimes we humans even make mistakes and mis-deliver. Sometimes one letter will piggy back another letter that wasn't sealed properly and it gets attached to the sticky part of an unsealed envelope.
All in all we aren't perfect, but if you really want a hair raising experience, try any other country's Postal Service. It'll make you appreciate what we have here a lot more.
Sorry about you missing out on that pup Wipe, we screwed up.
