That's right ......quit typing Saturday April 5, and bring your best to Frankfort Ohio saturday for Ross County Coonhunters UKC Nite Hunt ! Deadline for the bench is 7:00 and hunt is 9:00 pm.

Directions is in bloodlines........ St. Rt 35 to county road 87 exit To Frankfort, then take Co. Rd. 550 east of Frankfort, 1 mi to Musselman Rd. Right 1 mi to clubhouse. Contact Dan Morris (740) 774-4978 or (740) 703-7299

I been hittng your clubs..... so I is callin' in the marks, no excuses!
load em up and bring em baby.....bad weather, sows laid up and I 'd like to see some COON HOUNDS work for it !

Really....hunting really has not been that bad !

just took a phone call from a couple ole boys from West bygolly Virginia..........said they needed directions.........they got em !

also said they'd be there.........with power!

that North Eastern Ohio crew going to look scared if they don't show up to this event and their neighbor state does ! LOL

LOL..Dan! I dont have a baby sitter for the 2 year old or I would hit you up on that in a heartbeat! I love hunting..just never have a sitter (on weekends) or anyone to go with! Trying to get the other half a job where he is working during the week and off weekends so I can get out to more hunts/shows!

I had a lot of fun at the show last night. It was wonderful meeting everyone! Dan, I want to thank you very much for what you did for me and my son. Any experience I can get him with the dogs is wonderful and you went above and beyond. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!

i thought the little feller did a wonderful job too.
i think it was mom who was nervous........you got to get past that ! there is a few of us old guys out there that aint as crusty as we seem !.....we save that for the nite hunt LOL !!!!

Here are a few pictures from the hunt. I don't know what's going on with my camera, but every other picture was deleted and then when I uploaded them to my computer it deleted a few more. I don't know if it's my camera or the memory card. Anyways, enough ramblin' here they are...

LOL Dan! I hope to start hunting a little more in the future. I have a dual prospect up and coming that I really want to give the chance in the woods! She is a get gone pup already..lol. Let her out of her kennel and shes gone!! Could care less what the other dogs are doing, she just gets gone. Caught up w/her about 200 yards from her kennel last night..crazy pup!

your kid won .... because he is a kid with a coon hound......just like the rest showing.
I don't play no favorites in a show that big regardless !
I been doing this event a long time and don't want to tarnish the respectability of it. you may not have noticed but there some hard decicsions made by the judge in picking the winning hounds that night. ( thats why i always keep a several ribbons arround ).
let you know when the next one is so you can bring your handler and hound to it.

maybe we can get Amanda to email that picture to you too!!!

that has got to be atleast a 30 pound coon ole shine got treed in that picture ! that moonie is a heck of a good hound!

lol..thank Dan! Def let me know when the next one is! I will be sure to have Tanner and a not so skiddish hound there! Lucy has come a long way, but still more timid then I like..but the exposure is good for her. We will keep workin w/her. Tanner was talking to her today..he actually WALKED to her kennel!!

amanda u tell your little one i believe thats the happiest coondog ive ever seen. good looking dogs guys and gals. wish i had been there. but then again its hard to tell where a carolina boy will turn up some nights. i can garuntee ill see u guys in the future.

She and I were talking about the picture yesterday and I asked her if her dog was smiling and she said "Yes, because that was her first time in the woods and she got a 40-pound coon."
