First Nite Out
WELL YALL I AM GOING TO TRY MY LUCK TONIGHT FIRST NIGHT BACK INTO THE WOODS. RUNNING SEASON HAS JUST BEEN IN FOR 5 DAYS WAITED LONG ENOUGH. PRAY MY HOUNDS DONT FALL OVER ON MY THEY ARE A LITTLE FAT AND REALLY OUT OF SHAPE BEEN OUT OF THE WOODS SENSE FIRST OF MAY. HAVE YOU ALL BEEN TREEING MANY COONS RIGHT NOW AND HOW ABOUT KITTENS? JUST WONDERING. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE ELSE THAT IS GOING HUNTING.
SnakeHollowJoe I have been out three nights so far.Treed one Friday night one Satruday night and one last night.I saw both on Friday and Saturday but the one last night didn't look.I haven't been having much chase maybe a couple barks on the ground and then treed. Its been HOT every night that I have went so far.Suppose to go tonight also but they are calling for some bad thunder storms up this way.
Are you going to take that sorry pup with ya?
If so let me know how he does.
WE HAD THE BAD T-STORMS LASTNIGHT SO MAYBE THEY WILL STAY AWAY FROM DOWN HERE TONIGHT. YES I AM GOING TO TAKE THAT SORRY LOBO DOG LOL. HOPE THE RAIN HOLDS OFF FOR YOU BUDDY.
I was out in those storms last night running my male dog. It sure was muggy and humid. He didn't seem to want to hunt to much, but I kept on going. He finally started hunting and when he came back, well, lets just say, I had to change clothes before I went into the house when I got home. He had found a skunk or maybe the skunk hunted him down. lol. Either way, it is still really hot on a dog right now. I am thinking of waiting until about 3am to start hunting and hunt until daylight when it is cooler. good hunting to you guys.
pastor mike
Pastor Mike are you really a Preacher? If so what church do you Pastor?I've had my Pastor out a couple of times last year and looking forward to getting him back in the woods soon.
