Ivomec will get ear mites but it might not be mites. Could be an infection.. Could just need cleaning..I'd have it checked out at the vet.

Ears for sure

Best to have the vet take a look see. You dont wanna treat for mites if it's an infection and vice versa. Good luck. Could also be Just Moisture and not the other two things.

It is probably mites... but it could also be a yeast infection.
if its mites all you have to do is clean out his ears really good and then but a revolution on her (that you get from the vet for fleas and ticks, it also kills ear mites, and revolution works better than any of the other topical treatments.) and put one on her now and then again in two weeks. (the first dose kill the adults and then the 2nd dose kills any that might hatch out form eggs the adults lay.) and that will cure a ear mite problem.
but if it is a yeast infection then you will have to take her to the vet and let them give you some antibiotics and they will probably send home some cleaner and drops or cream to put in her ear once a day and tell you to clean her ears every other day. or something similar to that. and if it is a yeast infection it will keep coming back especially if she gets water down in her ears, because their is no way to get all the spores out of her ears.
If her ears are just red and inflamed then you Might have some other type of infection but ear mites and yeast infections are the main two ear problems besides Just having Dirty ears.

and... the alcohol and vinegar mix is probably really good to clean her ears, but if she has an infection that will burn her ears really bad and put her in a lot of pain and their is no need to do that. if you don’t have any "real" cleaner then just use peroxide. it doesn’t burn.

I hope this helps and I hope you get her to feeling better!
