Lincolnton, N.C. RQE

Our club is hosting an RQE this coming Saturday(April 10). We are about 30 miles from Charlotte, N.C. There will plenty of good food and I believe you will be pleased with the way our members will treat you. Please come on out and enjoy the hunt and other events.

WE

will try to make it down if we don't decide to go to another Purina hunt. I had some luck there last year.

We would be glad to have you. I too had luck at our hunt last year. We had a good turnout and I think all but one or two of the casts had winners with plus points.

That's right Tank!!

My father-in-law will be doing the cooking. He really does an excellent job. If anyone does come and likes the food please let David know that you liked it. He may cook bar-b-q or he may cook fish. Either way it will be good and he likes to see folks eat.

Travis, I wish I could come but with Sunday being Easter, it is a bad time for me to try to get to a hunt that far from home. Good luck this weekend. I am pulling for you and Bullet to make a return trip to the world hunt this year. Have a good day and talk to you later.

Posted by Bullet on 04-06-2004 07:21 AM:

Thanks

Thanks for the encouragement. I will need all the luck I can get. I understand about not being able to travel that far on that certain weekend. I hope to hear from you soon. I am looking forward to a hunt with you and Sam. I am eager to see him in action. I didn't realize how much I would miss him until he was gone. Just take care of him and keep him on the cutting edge.
Take care and God bless.

Travie, you don't know me i don't think, but my black and tan won a cast that you were on two weeks ago, at Statesville. It was a pkc hunt, my co-owner was handling my black and tan named Shine. I undertsand ya'll had some opposum trouble. I would love to be at this hunt but i am going to atlanta to watch the cubs beat up on the braves. Glad to finally meet some people from our area. Oh yeah will Leroy be at this hunt? Is it in Lincoln or at pumpkin center?

HOW MANY DOGS DO YOU PLAN ON HAVEING & WHAT KIND OF PONTS DOSE IT TAKE TO PLACE THERE? THANKS!

Posted by Bullet on 04-08-2004 12:35 AM:

In response to all....

Leroy should be there. We had 52 dogs last year. I think 375 won 1st place last year at this hunt. I placed 3rd last year with 225. The Pumpkin Center Community building is the site for our hunt. If anyone else has any questions please ask and I will try to answer them the best I can.

Sure wish I could go to this hunt, for you that don't know Bullet, he is one of the most honest men I have ever met. If the rest of the club members in this club are like him, I will gurantee you a good hunt. Bullet, maybe Sam and I can make it to one of your hunts later this year. Everyone who can come to this hunt, please do, I don't think you will regret it. Good luck to everyone this weekend.

Posted by Bullet on 04-09-2004 10:26 PM:

Thanks Jeffrey.

Today is the day

Hope you guys can make it that want to. I don't want Max Summerlin to have an easy job today. He needs to have to judge show dogs for a good, long while. He also needs to have plenty of dogs on the hunt to keep him busy sticking those cards onto the scorecards.

Not yet

I didn't do any good and had to go to sunrise church service the next morning so I went home and went to bed as early as I could. I'll try to find out.
