Leaseing A Female???

just wondering what the going rate is on leaseing a female to take a litter out of?

welllll...

depends....we have had two litters out of our old jebb dog. we leased both females that had the pups. the first female, the guy just wanted a male pup and was going to let us raise and sell and do what ever we wanted with the rest of the pups instead of paying a stud fee. then, the second female the guy seen how well our stud dog was breed (showed a lot of his breeding) and just wanted to cross his best reproducing female just to better the breed. we leased the female starting from when she came in heat to when the pups were about 10 weeks old. we kept a pup and got to get rid of the rest, he just got his female back with a 6th place win on her. your case may be different than both of ours though.....good luck! happy hunting and take care
