Private messages problems

My box is emtpy and it tells everyone that sent one that it is full any help on this??

Usually it's your sent messages that you haven't deleted that cause this. Make sure you go back in time far enough to get them all.

go to your Pm page click the pull down tab on sent then go to beggining and erase them, do the same for tracking
