Hey Boo, what were the odds on drawing that tag? Was it good for any elk or just cows only? How many you see??

This past year there were 300 tags, i'm thinking around 100 bulls and 200 cows. They say 32,000 people put in for it. I seen 140 elk when i shot this one, 120 in one herd. I got drawed for a cow, would have loved to get a bull tag, seen some nice ones. But i will take another cow tag if i get drawed. Were else can you shoot a elk for less than $500.

The best meat i have ever ate, Will turn down cow or pork for elk

Next year they are releasing 400 tags need to put in before april 28 i think
