Groenwold Fur And Wool Forreston Il

This guy is a joke I took him 8 hides the first time i delt with him avg $13 for the med hides $$20 for the larger hides went to him today he offerd me $7 on the large and $5 on the med.I loaded all my fur back up I wont do buisness with this company anymore poor kids in front of me settled for 1.50 on the coons and 7.00 on the coyote.My advice is avoid this guy at all cost.

did you have them skinned??

I know they are discounting alot on the carcass. he pays even more if they are put up correvtly. Your best bet is put them up yourself (if you do it right) and send them to the north amercian fur auction. I know a few old timers that ship all their fur up there and they get a very nice check after the sale

flesh, stretch, and dry them. cut a window so they can veiw the fur..

i just sold to groenewold tonight sold twelve 8 were 28 4 were 21
so thats 308 for 12 coon thats a little over 25$ average not bad
you got riped off or didn't skin rite or something.

about a month ago and got 600 something for 45 coon defently not my firstime selling.

Oh well thats good for you myself I wont waste my time with him anymore I can sit on these hides all year Im meeting a guy in the afternoon Ill see what he offers Im not selling under 10 dollars I can sit on these hides all year.
