Heat cycle ?

If a female is bread and has pups will it move her cycle by a couple of months or will they be in heat the next time around the same period?

she will be in heat when pups are 4 months old. We have a female that will throw herself in heat, if she smell another female in heat, if she is around other females it could be sooner.

heat cycles

You can count on her to be right on schedule just knock the days that she was with pups. I wouldn't let her get bred in the next heat cycle let her body become totally healed after these pups.

It really depends on the female. My female only comes in once a year. When she is ready to come into heat again after having pups she will. Some females come in every 3 months some 6 months and some 12 months.
