What you guy’s think of my Wild Casey bred pup
He is out of a proven cross (third cross). All the pups out of the last two crosses are above average. His sire and dam are both Gr nt’s and PKC Ch’s. He is double Wessel’s Wild Casey and double Hern’s Red Eagle Dick bred with a shot of Sackett JR.

pup
thats a pretty nice lookin pup what kind of dogs did the other litters turn into thanks

Stop Talking & Start Walking.. They're Treed
Believe it or not most have died for one reason or another.
I hunt with a 70 year old man that has a two year old female (second cross) that can tree layups, runners, cold trailing and she is only 38 lbs and sounds like 100 lbs. If a coon goes in a hole or log pile, she'll go in and pull him out.....real grit without the aggressive behavior towards other hounds.
There was a dog around here called They Call Me Toby (first cross)that made gr nt and PKC Ch with very little hunting and died two weeks after making gr nt at 2.5 years.
Michael Rosamond the former owner of Toby told me that Toby struck a coon in a Lake bed and ran him so hard that when he got to the tree, the coon was gasping for air and you could see his sides go in and out from him breathing hard.
Dog Called George (second cross) was making a nice dog but was killed by a car in Arkansas.
I hear of others but haven't hunted with them.
I also bred a nite ch to the sire of this pup a couple of years ago and only one is still alive today and doing well.
Just seems like the good ones always die young.

Harold Rambo has pups for sale out of Voo (same cross as Eagle, 00 AND hOWLER) X Bull of the Woods who is out of EagleX Jess.

Got the PM: My pup isn't for sale.
This line of dogs make coondogs so I’m going to keep him.
However, Harold Rambo has some for sale out the same line just different parents and I booked a female out the next litter he has out of Voo. She is directly out of Wild Casey and a littemate to my pups sire.
Go here: http://forum.prohound.com/viewtopic.php?t=62608
Tell him I sent you.
Thanks, KG

I've heard that the Wild Casey x Striker cross was one of the best on ol' Casey. I've hunted with Terry Willford's Spider female out of Eagle (brother to Double 00) and a Casey female. Bred up real similar to this pup. I buddy of mine had a littermate to Terry's female that was supposed to have been a real nice hound and even though he is mainly a hidehunter she did win big at Walker Days one year. Should be good tree dogs.
