? about a heat cycle
I have 2 littermate sisters that was a year old on9/25/07. One come in heat when she was about 7 months old and the other one STILL has not came in. I was wondering what is the normal length that it should take for the first cycle to come in. Thanks Ralph

Yadkin Man, I've already seen that the heat cycle is getting more irregular the tighter we've bred these dogs. Seeing more once a year cycles and the Dixie Chick bitch went one and one half years once. Probably natures way of saying it's time for an outcross.
