Bet On Bellar

Congrats to all the dogs in the final 4. What a great job by the Bellar boys. It's quite a feat to get to the final 4 and double so to get 2 dogs in.
Good luck to all tonight in the final round.

GM, what ever become of the $50,000 hunt challenge back a month or so ago that was supposed to take place in Ohio? I bet they are proud SE didn't take them up on it.

Mr Perry,

You don't hear much out those guys in Ohio concerning hunting. They are computer hunters that only stir up business they have very little knowledge in. They used to hunt on occasion, but nothing real serious I am told. They don't have much of a win record, yet they do compete.

If it's not Janice that wins it'll prolly be the Molly dog or the English dog. Not sure Gabby can do it unless she's really clicking tonight. But good luck to all hounds and handlers tonight.

I'm still pullin for a BLUEDAWG, don't care if one's in there not.
It won't be long boys, as soon as a Blueticker can afford one of Mr. Bellar's handlers, we'll be in the Winner's Circle. When one gets there the world better look out cuz we'll be comein back to every hunt.

No I don't have one right now, nor do I have the money to hire one of the great handlers needed. One of these days I will though. I have a female i'm workin on now, she's only 1 and a half yrs old.

I just want to know why everyone thinks its the handlers that win for Bellar?? Bellar has won many many world hunts with different handlers!!! I believe he has just some of the best dogs and breeding around!!!! How many big hunts and world hunts does he have to win before people realize that!!!

I am wondering who in the world thinks Marv is a good handler? Good trainer, yes. Good handler, what has this guy won besides a half dozen walker futurities?

I do believe he will do it tonight though.

Let's give credit wher credit is due.... Frankly, I agree w/those that wonder how marv got put on the back burner when it comes to earned credit. Brian and marv are the trainers, handlers and hunters....Bellar has provided them with the provisions to succeed. Therefore, they equally should be credited. In my opinion, which we are all entitled to....hunting is like any other sport, there are many factors that play into high achieving in anything. There is luck of the draw (which I think is #1), weather conditions, tempermant of the dog, blood line, handlers (which I think is #2), health conditions, on and on....GOOD LUCK tonight Marv, Brian and Russel.
